這是從 Telegram/OpenClaw raw task 自動補齊的正式任務卡。Zai 需要把它視為「待完成任務」，不是只把原始訊息存起來。

把 Jay 的原始交辦轉成可追蹤、可檢討、可回報的任務閉環。

## 任務類型

## 預期輸出
- Zai 應產出可讓 Jay 看懂的 Final Report。
- 若任務需要專業判斷，先跑 Advisor Hook。
- 若任務仍未完成，Final Report 必須明確標記待補內容與下一步。

## 是否需要 Advisor
由 Advisor Hook v1 判斷。

## 是否需要 Subagent
由 Zai 在 Advisor Decision 後判斷。

## 驗收標準
- Jay 可以從 dashboard 看懂這個任務是什麼。
- Dashboard 看到 Task Card、Advisor Decision、Final Report 或 Recovery Queue。
- 不把尚未完成的任務誤報成已完成。

## 是否需要 Jay 批准
否，除非 Advisor 或 Zai 後續判斷升級為高風險。
